Get fit with 1 to 1 training

I train clients behind the Law Courts on Newcastle Quayside Broad Chare - NE1 2HJ.  It’s a nice, quiet location. There is space for running and cardio work and then the area next to the egg sculpture is used for strength and core work. It‘s a really good outdoor space for training in.  Also you get to train in the fresh air.

1 hour - £25

45 minutes - £20

30 minutes - £15

As I don't have overheads to pay for that a typical indoor gym has, I can charge less per hour. You are still getting an experienced and fully trained Personal Trainer (I have been qualified and working as a PT for 9 years).

Give a session a try, there is no obligation to continue if it's not for you.

I believe working on your fitness should be fun, challenging, and most importantly, about your individual goals and capabilities. Everyone is different, and so your personal training should be tailored to you.

At each session I will motivate you to work hard and to enjoy training, it's really important to me that you feel relaxed with me. I know that a happy and motivated client is somebody that will achieve their fitness goals.
